Our oldest daughter, Ava, has attended Cook4Life camp for three years, and it has substantially strengthened her confidence. The yoga and mindfulness activities have reinforced how Ava can keep herself present and calm in any situation. Most of all, she has learned about the sanitary preparing and cooking of different foods, how to prevent cross-contamination, and understand how healthy foods affect and protect the body. Her younger sister, Saige, attended for the first time at age seven, and we were amazed by how much she accomplished during her week at camp! Paula and her team at Cook4Life Camp truly changed our two sons' hearts and souls. They discovered a love for cooking that has lasted an entire year since camp, and they are counting down the days until summer so they can spend another week with Paula. They now cook multiple times each week and have gained so much confidence and joy in the kitchen. Cooking has given them a sense of calm, purpose, and a meaningful hobby away from screens. I cannot say enough about the lifelong impact Cook4Life Camp has on children's growth, confidence, and development. It is an experience that stays with them well beyond the week of camp.

This is our daughter's second year attending Cook4Life Camp, and she is already looking forward to signing up again next year! This camp offers so much more than learning how to cook. The children learn about different ingredients and foods, the importance of cleaning as they cook, preventing cross-contamination, and using a knife safely. What we appreciate most is the knowledge and excitement our daughter brings home. She loves sharing what she has learned with our family and her grandparents, and it has been wonderful to see her love for cooking continue to grow.
